The Big Score HealthTech Session
During the HealthTech session, eight startups active in MedTech, Digital Health and BioTech will showcase their latest innovations and receive valuable business feedback from an expert panel of industry thought leaders, investors and corporate innovators.
The HealthTech Session will be hosted at ORSI Acadamy, a training center for robotic surgery in Ghent. The event is also powered by the city of Ghent, BlueHealth Innovation Center (BHIC) and flanders.health. All main actors in the healthtech ecosystem with one clear goal in mind, to boost technology innovation in healthcare.

The Big Score Sessions are a series of matchmaking events between venture capital, tech sourcing corporates and early stage start-ups, offering promising startups the opportunity to pitch their propositions and receive live business feedback from an expert panel.
In total there are 8 Sessions, all targeted towards a specific tech vertical. Per Session, 8 pre-selected startups pitch their tech solution in front of an expert panel and receive live business feedback.
The pitches are live streamed to an audience of ‘deep pocket’ investors, corporate innovators and attending startups. Afterwards all attendees have access to prescheduled one-on-one meetings with startups, investors, potential clients and industry thought leaders to maximize growth.
