The ‘innovation partnership’ procedure was chosen, which allows both development and purchase. This is a two-step negotiation procedure: selection and award.

The selection guidance was published on February 4th 2021 on e-notification. The candidatures are expected by March 8th 2021. Please take notice of the following dates for participation in the procedure:

• Friday 12/02/2021, 12:00 - extended untill 15/02/2021 15:00h: Submit your questions concerning the selection guidance
• Wednesday 17/02/2021, 9:30 – 10:30h, online infomoment
• Monday 8/03/2021, 10:00h, deadline submission candidacy

Upon completion of the selection (beginning of April), the selected parties will receive the specifications with the request to submit a tender. 

The start of the assignment is scheduled after the summer of 2021.
