Both as part of the (more generic) 'Innovative Training' project and from the (specific) 'Language App Working Group' of the city of Antwerp, a lot of preparatory work has already been done for the envisaged language app. The City of Antwerp and Digipolis have completed their (own) market research (determination of the state-of-the-art, matching supply and demand), and have sharpened and marketed the 'challenge'.
