Early September '23, a preliminary process was initiated with the aim of sharpening the challenge and conducting an in-depth needs analysis among internal stakeholders. Together with consultants from Addestino Innovation Managament, several workshops were organized.  

On Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 1 p.m., an open online market consultation was organized in English. The presentation given during this market consultation is available upon request by sending an email to astrid.deneve@vlaio.be or pio@vlaio.be.
