Pre-commercial procurement Research and Development

Together with Limburg.net, we prepared the tender document for a pre-commercial procurement based on the results of the market consultation. This document was published on 29 September 2018 (via e-procurement) and distributed to the participants of the market consultation. On 4 October, the information session was held for interested parties. The presentation and summary of questions from this session are available at documents below.

The tender document is attached below and also available on e-Procurement. Tenders had to be submitted by 5 November 2018 - 10.15 am via the e-tendering platform. The contract was awarded to two bidders: MOL Cy n.v. and VDL Translift b.v.
