In late 2019, Addestino Innovation Management was asked to prepare the acquisition by:

• mapping the available data sources for Elsa and analysing them for their usability for AI or other models, providing 
• insight into the needs and wishes (use cases) of AWV and its stakeholders,
• estimating the technological development risks for the priority use cases and, 
• based on this, arriving at concrete recommendations on the follow-up process (defining the procurement strategy, input for the specifications, etc.).
