The project includes an innovative method for automating the processing and assignment of citizen notifications using generative AI. Through analysis, the main key questions and issues are distilled from each notification and summarised in a concise title. The reports are further broken down and summarised, clearly marking any missing key information. A sentiment analysis determines the urgency and nature of each report, after which it is categorised and assigned to the appropriate internal or external handler groups. All this contributes to the quick and accurate handling of notifications to efficiently serve citizens.
