Between October 2023 and May 2024, Addestino guided the project to further sharpen its challenge. The public report can be found below. 
During the preparation of the public contract, it was discovered that a permit could not be obtained to use the drainage water for the city pond under the conditions required for the PIO project. The PIO-project was therefore halted.
