To sharpen the challenge, the Flemish Energy Company together with the PIO decided at the end of February 2018 to have Verhaert New Products and Services prepare a market consultation.

Needs definition and market consultation

As this is a complex challenge, we organised three workshops. The first took place on 30 May and aimed to get a sharper picture of the schools' needs. In the following workshops (on 14 June and 3 July), we invited market players to better understand the technological, financial and legal options that exist in response to the challenges of this project.
