Procedure

The competitive procedure with negotiation. This procedure has two phases: a selection phase (based on selection guidelines and applications) and an award phase (based on specifications and tenders).

Selection phase

Class published the selection guideline on April 7, 2023 on e-procurement and TED. Applications were expected by Monday, May 8, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the latest. Please refer to the publication for the specific modalities of submission of candidacy submissions.

A time was scheduled on May 9 to present the candidacy submissions orally.

Award phase

After selection (April-May 2023), Klasse delivered the specifications to the selected companies.
