Today, employees can use various digital tools and channels to search for information, access (parts of) their personnel files online and make changes. But these tools are very diverse, complicated and not very user-friendly.
The 'E-info point personnel' project aims to create a smart tool for the employee by providing links between various existing applications and datasets.
In this way, the City of Ghent wants to optimise, personalise and make the service to individual employees more accessible and accessible by using new technologies and concepts.
