On 20 October, IGEMO published the contract to develop a digital module "check your quote" to extend Check your House. This online module will connect residents and contractors. Citizens already receive digital renovation advice by going through a number of questions related to their current housing situation. Linked to this is the possibility of sending requests for quotes on the works the resident wants to have done. Contractors then upload their offer, which citizens can then easily compare. The resident also has the option of leaving a reference afterwards.

The contract has been launched through a simplified negotiated procedure with prior call for competition and can be accessed on e-Procurement. Tenders must be submitted by Thursday 10 November 2022 at 1pm at the latest.
