Within the "Lokaal Signaal" project, on June 7, 2023, VVSG and 10 local governments launched the assignment for the development of a digital tool within the framework of Lokaal Signaal. This assignment concerns a collaboration between VVSG and 10 local authorities: Ghent, Bornem, Berlaar, Eeklo, Dendermonde, Sint-Niklaas, Oud-Turnhout, Kortrijk, Roeselare, Mortsel. Additional partners are VIVEL and First Line Zone Ghent (ELZ).

The contract is awarded through a competitive procedure with negotiation. The contract notice as well as the selection guidelines can be consulted at the following link. Each request for participation must be submitted via e-Tendering by July 10, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the latest.

No information session is provided. In this assignment, VVSG and its partners are explicitly looking for a software developer with knowledge and expertise needed to realize a digital tool in co-creation with VVSG and the partners. A more detailed description of the desired functionalities is described in the specifications that will be released to the selected parties in a 2nd phase. These are based on Deloitte's preliminary process, the final report of which is available in the 'Preparation' tab.
