On the basis of their own (extensive) preliminary trajectory, BZA and Digipolis have decided, within the context of the PIP partnership, to realise the MSCP in two phases:

• Phase 1: setting up a communication and collaboration platform;
• Phase 2: creation of one or more virtual teams and APIs for frontend environments.
