The number one reason startups fail is because there is no market need. The first question you should ask yourself is "SHOULD IT BE BUILT?" And not "How can we build it?". Are you going to solve a real problem or is your idea a "nice to have" solution?

The Lean Startup will guide you in making assumptions first, go out in the market and test them to learn if they were false or correct. You will go through this feedback loop in a repeated cycle, in order use your scarce money & time as effectively as possible.

On Friday afternoon, the 4th of October, you will get an in-depth introduction to the Lean Startup Methodology and get to fill-in your own personal lean canvas.
