The amount of the premium is always €2000 and can only be granted once per year and per period of hindrance.

A period of hindrance is defined as an uninterrupted period of serious hindrance. This hindrance is caused by one or more road construction projects that (partially) take place at the same time. Therefore, the hindrance premium can only be granted once even if roadworks last for more than a year or if multiple road construction projects taking place at the same time together last for more than a year.
