After they have claimed the premium, eligible owners will receive €2000 as soon as possible.

VLAIO will systematically check whether the hindrance premium has rightfully been claimed. If it turns out that a claim on the hindrance premium cannot be justified after all, VLAIO has the right to reclaim the premium.

A premium that has unrightfully been granted can be reclaimed within 5 years after the claim on the hindrance premium was made.
