To sharpen the challenge and needs of the project, a preparatory process was started at the beginning of 2019 in collaboration with the consultancy firm PwC.

PwC, together with the project managers of CKG De Schommel, carried out a needs analysis among parents and supervisors. PwC also asked various other organizations and experts active in the field of parenting support about the initiative.

As a next step in the preliminary process, we wanted to get a clearer picture of the possibilities for shaping the blended platform (in this case home guidance combined with digital assistance). That is why we invited developers and providers of online assistance applications and platforms for blended guidance to participate in an online market consultation.

PwC incorporated the results of the preparatory process and the market consultation into a final report.
