Parents with parenting questions or uncertainties sometimes have to wait up to two years for (home) guidance. Finding your way through all the options for parenting support is quite a task. Moreover, there are currently few (online) meeting places for parents to find each other around this.

CKG De Schommel (Centre for Child Care and Family Support in the Averbode, Leuven and Tienen region) therefore wants to launch an online starting point and meeting place for everyone with questions about growing up and raising children.

An online platform could ensure that parents receive support while waiting for (home) guidance. A 'warm chatbot' could guide parents in their search for information and, if they wish, parents can also get in touch with other parents or a care provider. The care provider, but also the 'warm chatbot', shows parents the way, gives recognition during difficult moments and motivates them to take certain steps in the right direction.
