It was planned that a next (third) phase of BotM would look at how the three use cases of SSI's added-value and feasibility analysis could be realised in urban processes. In the meantime, however, the Flemish government withdrew from BotM, and thus the 'across policy levels' dimension of BotM also disappeared. The (remaining) BotM initiators therefore decided not to start a third phase of BotM and to close the project with the results from phase 2.
