Implementation

The project is being implemented by dotOcean nv. Phase 1 (Elaboration of the methodology - proof of principle) of the DEMCA project started at the beginning of May 2019 and ran until the end of 2019.

In phase 2 of the project, dotOcean is developing a prototype of the toolbox for creating digital elevation models. This second phase runs from mid-June 2020 to January 2022.

The results of the first and second phase were positively evaluated by an evaluation committee composed of representatives of the contracting authority, the PIO and several experts. The third phase of the project is now in preparation. In this phase the intention is to demonstrate the usability of the developed toolbox in practice.
