In consultation with Sport Vlaanderen and the City of Leuven, we appointed Addestino Innovation Management to support this project and prepare the purchase. This was done by means of a thorough needs analysis in the form of workshops with end users and stakeholders to sharpen the need a thorough market analysis or search for possible partial solutions and potential providers/developers based on desk research an open market consultation in the form of an online workshop with industry to check how feasible (technologically, legally, etc.) the wishes of Sport Vlaanderen/Stad Leuven are in terms of development, time, budget, risks, etc. The consultation took place online on June 3, 2020 in the afternoon.
