A competitive procedure with negotiations was launched on 18 November 2022 (all information available on e-notification and TED).

This is a two-phase procedure consisting of a selection phase and a tender phase. 

Selection phase

In the first step of the procedure, candidates are selected on the basis of the criteria specified in the 'Selection Document'. Candicacies have to be submitted via e-notification by January, 5th 2023 at the latest (logging in to e-notification first is required). 

Tender phase

Following the assessment of the candidancies, all candidates will be informed about their selection to the award or tender phase or not. In this phase, the selected candidates will receive the procurement documents and will be invited to submit an offer.

Award of contract

After negotatiotions the selected candidates will be invited to send in their Best-And-Final Offer (BAFO). After a thorough evaluation of the BAFO's the contracting authority will award the contract to the best candidate-supplier (September 2023).
