The Intelligent Assisted Planning Platform offers school boards the opportunity to:

to schedule teachers easily and clearly, to detect and prevent planning errors and duplicate assignments, to take into account leave systems and regulations, to centralize data collection in one simple tool, To report to Wis@d, which automates reporting to the Flemish Government.

The platform has made capacity planning for school boards faster, more efficient and error-free. Teachers are now scheduled via an intuitive drag-and-drop system, making the process quick and clear. Planning errors are a thing of the past, thanks to automatic suggestions and error messages.

In addition, the platform puts an end to manual data processing by sending automatic reporting directly to Wis@d, the administration package linked to the Flemish government.

​After thorough testing and feedback from various school managements, the interface was adjusted before the platform was coded and implemented. After two years of testing and optimization, the entire school umbrella organization has been fully operational with the Intelligent Assisted Planning Platform since the 2023-2024 school year.

The results of the platform are impressive:

• faster and more efficient planning of teachers, elimination of planning errors thanks to automation, automatic data processing and reporting to Wis@d.
• In addition, with the data now collected by the platform, artificial intelligence can play a role in further supporting the planning process in the future.

During the Feweb Awards 2023, Ballistix.digital won both the Digital Impact Award and the App Champ of the Year Award with the development of the Intelligent Assisted Planning Platform. The Digital Impact Awards and Digital Champs Awards are handed out at national level by FeWeb, the federation for web companies. The jury praised the strategy, value creation, user benefits and innovative nature of the project.
